中医养生的七条原则

中医养生方法有千百种,但核心其实就是看似简单的几句话,而具体的养生方法只是为了到达“罗马”的条条大路。只有把握住了最终目标,我们所做的养生保健或是针药治疗,才是在向着正确的方向努力。

There are thousands of health preserving methods in traditionalChinese medicine, but the core is actually a few seemingly simple words, andthe specific health preserving methods are only for the purpose of reaching the"Rome" road. Only by grasping the ultimate goal, can we make effortsin the right direction in health care or acupuncture and medicine treatment.

养生的核心到底是什么?中医有关养生的原则大致可归纳、总结为以下个方面。

What is the core of health preservation? The principles of healthpreservation in traditional Chinese medicine can be summarized as follows.


一、外避邪气1、 Keep away from evil spirits《内经》首先提出“虚邪贼风,避之有时”作为健康长寿不可缺少的条件。张景岳称为“治外之道”。因人要依靠自然界才能生存,故而养生活动要求随自然界阴阳消长变化规律进行。In Neijing, firstly, it puts forward that "the evil and the thief's style of emptiness, avoiding it sometimes" as an indispensable condition of health and longevity. Zhang Jingyue is called "the way of extraterritoriality". Because human beings can survive only by relying on the nature, the health preservation activities should be carried out according to the law of the change of yin and Yang in the nature.二、内养正气2、 Internal Nourishing Qi《内经》提出“恬惔虚无,真气从之,精神内守,病安从来”。张景岳称为“治内之道”,即精神修养。其突出保养真气的原则,重视精神情志的调摄,故养神即养心。"Neijing" puts forward that "there is nothing in peace, from which the true Qi comes, from which the spirit is kept, and from which the sickness is always safe". Zhang Jingyue is called "the way of governance", that is, spiritual cultivation. It emphasizes the principle of maintaining the true Qi, and pays attention to the adjustment of the spirit, so nourishing the spirit is nourishing the heart.心神健旺,则五脏六腑及所有的组织、器官才能进行正常的生理活动,身体才能健康,寿限才能绵长。If the mind and spirit are strong, then the five zang organs and all the tissues and organs can carry out normal physiological activities, the body can be healthy, and the life limit can be long.否则的话,六神定无主,脏腑处于一种混沌状态,自然命悬一线。后世据此发明了许多健身术,如五禽戏、太极拳、气功等,都是通过自我锻炼,内养正气来达到健康长寿的目的。Otherwise, the six gods will have no lord, the viscera will be in a chaotic state, and the natural life will be suspended. According to this, later generations invented many fitness techniques, such as Wuqinxi, Taijiquan, qigong, etc., which all achieved the goal of health and longevity through self exercise and internal nourishing of Qi.



三、节制饮食

3 Diet control

《内经》提出“食饮有节”。“节”即有节制、适量为宜。不加节制,就会导致疾病。

"Neijing" puts forward "food and drink haveFestival". "Festival" is moderate and appropriate. Withoutrestraint, it will lead to disease.

《素问》云:“饮食自倍,肠胃乃伤。”当饮食以倍量增加或暴饮暴食,就会发生腹胀、呕恶等消化道疾病。有节,就是要节制,不要完全放纵自己的食欲。

"Plain question" cloud: "food from times, stomach isinjury." When the diet is doubled or overeating, there will be abdominaldistention, nausea and other digestive diseases. There is a festival, is tocontrol, do not completely indulge their appetite.

四、劳逸结合

4 Combinationof work and rest

《内经》提出“不妄作劳”;晋代葛洪亦认为“养生以不伤为本”。运动要量力而行,劳逸结合。不宜长时间劳动、运动,否则会逐渐降低工作能力,使动作不协调,甚至会引起外伤骨折,严重者可导致猝死。不妄,则强调对客观的尊重,也表明自我控制的能力。

"Neijing" put forward "not to work rashly"; GeHong of Jin Dynasty also believed that "health preservation is based onnot hurting". Exercise according to your ability and combine work withrest. It is not suitable to work or exercise for a long time, otherwise, itwill gradually reduce the working ability, make the movement uncoordinated, andeven cause traumatic fracture, which may lead to sudden death in serious cases.If not, it emphasizes respect for the objective, and also shows the ability ofself-control.

所以,《易传•彖》云:“无妄,刚自外来,而为主于内。”人只有充分劳作,才能获得健康的心身。但这种劳作也是要有自我节制的,需要进行自我控制。劳作的时候,要让人体运动系统兴奋,而不是疲倦。

Therefore, in Yi Zhuan, it is said that "there is nothingwrong, just from outside, but mainly from inside." Only when people workhard can they get a healthy mind and body. But this kind of work also needsself-control and self-control. When you work, you should make your body'smotion system excited, not tired.

五、起居有常

5 Dailyroutine

起居有常是中国古代养生学的重要范畴,是强身延年的重要途径。其具体内容主要包括作息有时间、活动有节、劳逸适度及顺应天时等环节。

Living is often an important category of ancient Chinese HealthScience and an important way to strengthen and prolong life. Its specificcontent mainly includes work and rest with time, activities with savings,moderate leisure and compliance with the weather and other links.

也就是要按照正常范围、限度来安排起居。如果超越了这样的限度,如过度休闲、过度懒惰,都可能导致肌肉松弛甚至身懒体乏;如果过度紧张、兴奋,则可能导致失眠,甚至出现精神障碍。

That is to say, we should arrange our daily life according to thenormal scope and limit. If beyond such limits, such as excessive leisure,excessive laziness, may lead to muscle relaxation or even physical laziness; ifexcessive tension, excitement, may lead to insomnia, or even mental disorders.

六、德全不危

6 Moralintegrity is not in danger

《素问•上古天真论》云:“所以能年皆度百岁而动作不衰者,以其德全不危也。”德全不危,即养生之道完备而无偏颇。这是讲健康长寿的根本,是养生的基石。

"Suwen ancient naive theory" says: "so those who areable to live a hundred years without failing in action will not be endangeredby their virtue." Moral integrity is not dangerous, that is, the way oflife is complete without bias. This is the basis of health and longevity, andthe cornerstone of health preservation.

正如嗜欲不能劳其目,淫邪不能惑其心,从而达到身心统一,形与神俱。“心不危”,则“德全”。

Just as lust can't strain its eyes, lechery can't confuse its heart,so as to achieve the unity of body and mind and form with God. "The heartis not in danger", then "virtue is complete".

七、和于术数

7 Sum to skill

所谓“和于术数”,就是根据正确的养生保健方法进行调养锻炼,如心理平衡、生活规律、合理饮食、适量运动、戒烟限酒、不过度劳累等。在亚健康和慢性病日益高发的现代社会,对健康进行长期有效的控制与管理,是保持高质量生活水平的关键。

The so-called "harmony in skill" is to regulate andexercise according to the correct health care methods, such as psychologicalbalance, life rules, reasonable diet, proper exercise, smoking and alcoholrestriction, and not overwork. In the modern society with the increasingincidence of sub-health and chronic diseases, the key to maintain a highquality of life is to control and manage health effectively for a long time.
